Quality Control Department

Quality Control is that part of Good Manufacturing Practice which is concerned with sampling, specifications and testing, and with the organisation, documentation and release procedures which ensure that the necessary and relevant tests are actually carried out to meet the specification.

The Quality Control lab is provided with exclusive chemical, Instrumentation and Microbiology labs for the testing of Raw materials, Packaging materials, In-process materials and Finished drug products.

The Quality Control Lab is furnished with sophisticated instruments including UV Spectrophotometer, HPLC, FTIR, Auto Titrator and Dissolution test apparatus. A dedicated, classified Microbiology area for microbial analysis and periodical monitoring is set up to achieve the environmental compliance as per the GMP norms.

Stability Chambers provided as per ICH specification ensures continuous review of stability data throughout the shelf life of product. Control sample room provided to store the finished products under prescribed storage conditions throughout the shelf life of the product.
