Manufacturing capabilities – Non-Beta Lactam tablets, capsules, External Preparation and Powder section.
Operations – The VMP ensures that all equipment, processes and analytical methods are validated to give consistent and reproducible quality products at all time, following written down STP’s.A strong QA system assures that the products are manufactured and tested as per validated processes and STP’s.
The factory is designed with modular clean room panels to facilitate uni-directional flow of men and materials with separate entry and each rooms are having individuals air lock for secondary change.
Pressure differentials and maintained between each manufacturing suite and the corridors and classified as ISO Class 8 (100K).
Well Equipped HVAC System installed as per cGMP requirement to control the Temperature , Humidity and Pressure differentials.
Equipped with manufacturing equipment conforming to cGMP standards. The QC labs if fully equipped to conduct all relevant testing using instruments like IR, UV, HPLC’s etc.
The facility is managed by trained professionals working within the laid down frame work of a Robust QMS.
All RM, Primary and Secondary PM are sourced through approved vendor’s only.
